About Me

For over three decades, I've helped leaders clarify their priorities, energize their organizations, and build cultures of accountability and respect.

By partnering with these leaders, whether coaching, advising, facilitating, or educating them and their teams, our impact is amplified.

Purpose

My purpose is to leave the world better than I found it by helping executives of small and mid-sized companies have an outsized impact on their organizations and in our broader world.

I do this in three ways:

  • Help individual executives become potent, intentional leaders
  • Guide their leadership teams toward superior, interdependent performance
  • Build healthy, effective company cultures that deliver notable value, both externally and internally.

Vision

I envision a world where all companies are led by intentional, ethical leaders. Their companies contribute more than just products and services to society. They provide purpose and meaning to employees, deliver stellar value and service to their customers, and ensure healthy returns to all their stakeholders.
