Paul David is the Founder and CEO of Literal Humans, a creative marketing agency that builds resilient growth for mission-driven brands. With more than 10 years of experience in education, nonprofit, and social impact sectors, he has a passion for creating positive change through storytelling and strategy.

At Literal Humans, Paul leads a diverse and multidisciplinary team of full-time and freelance professionals who deliver agile content marketing, data-informed creative strategy, and SEO know-how to clients. They work with tech-for-good companies, B2B and B2C SaaS startups, charities, nonprofits, and social-impact organizations looking to build deeper connections with their customers. Since launching the agency in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have secured over 40 clients and a substantial investment from Creative UK.
