Tom O'Brien has built a long career in the field of human resources, currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Trinchero Family Estates, a winery in Napa, California. 

Prior to Trinchero, Tom served as the Managing Partner at O'Brien Partners and held senior positions at Constellation Brands and Constellation Wines, leading the global HR function and playing a crucial role in transforming the company. Tom also served as the SVP of HR at Barton Incorporated, a beer importer and spirits manufacturer. Additionally, he has held HR leadership roles at Rexam Beverage Can America, The Clorox Company, Nestle Beverage Company, Nestle USA, and Nestle Foods. 

Tom O'Brien holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
